Guide - The World of Ninja Way

The World of Ninja Way is based on the original world of Naruto, however, with our changes here and there. Original villages may never have existed, or no longer. Some may have been renamed. The territories have often been disputed, as to where is where. Therefore, we have adapted Naruto Map to our own format.

Konoha - At the center of the land of Fire, lies one most prosperous villages and renown. At the center of some of the largest countries, it remains a center of trade and power. Many notable sites are found here, such as the sacred temple of fire, the Valley of the End, an ancient ruin where a pair of face less warriors face each other(...Its not a pun!), and other landmarks. Konoha is of a more temperate village, having warmer weather year round, seeing little if any snow. Its Ninja are particularly known to be honorable, if a bit thick headed individuals. Home to the Hokage, they are currently on their Rokudaime, Antari Sukio. Before the sixth's rise to power, the village had faced a massive invasion force by Yukigakure. Through the battle, though Konoha struggled, their Kage fell, and Yuki claimed Konoha's flag. Though still remaining independent force, they now answer to Yuki. What their future is as a territory of the snow village is yet to be seen.

Recently, however, Konoha has declared independence from Yuki, becoming it's own nation. In response to this, the Koorikage, Hiyayaka Shiro, attempted to force an end to this rebellion. Sadly, he was ended being murdered by the Hokage Antari Sukio. Now, Konoha has become a power once again.

Recently, after the massive Antari/Shiro saga that ended with the Koorikage dying and Konoha gaining their freedom, members from the group of Mask or more commonly known as "The Seven" came to Konoha in an attempt to take the artifacts that Antari has. The conclusion of the battle was Antari disappearing into the horizon; never to be seen by his villagers again. This prompted a new Hokage to be elected, which was one by a Konoha ninja named Lelouch,

Suna - Deep within the desert lies the village of Sunagakure, one of the largest but also one of the most desolate countries. The land of Wind, as a more dry country, it surpasses other villages in it's heat, as well as it's fierce sand storms. Many a traveler has gotten lost. Because of this, visitors to Suna often hire guides. Suna's economy lies not in tourism, but rather, its resources. Many notable desert plants and mining sites are found only within it's land. While not as prosperous as it's neighbors, it makes do with what it has. Notable sights include the great dunes, cave network, and its grand coliseum, where even death battles may occur. Suna has recently fallen on hard times, in which they have yet to quite recover from. Plagued by the death of Kages, their former Leader, Yuurei Uchiha, died against the evil force Mask. The newly appointed Kage lasted only a short time, dying during a Criminal invasion that occurred during their weakness. Because of this, Suna is in a form of constant turmoil, fearing both assault from it's neighbors and being without a strong ninja force.

Recently, the being Mask has offered Suna protection in return for it's services. Whether or not this agreement will lead to the alliance of the two is unknown.

Yuki The most recently created village, and notably known as the "Yuki Empire", as it now stretches beyond once what was considered only a mere spot of land. Yuki is comprised of the remains of the land of water, the country of waves, it's principle island the Land of Ice, and most recently, has added the Land of Fire as part of it's large mass of land. Yukigakure was created by it's current and first Koorikage(Ice Shadow), Hiyayaka Shiro. A land of cold nights and snowy land, it is one of the more reclusive villages. It's main form of trade lies in it's navy, taking shipments from other wharfs of many countries, being as Konoha as to land as Yuki is to the Sea. Rich. Sights to be seen are the crystal caves, Yuki's busy Harbor, as well as it's high mountains. The Yuki Empire can easily be seen as the strongest village in it's size and overall power, that few have challenged.

Recently, Yuki's climb of power has been broken with the combined loss of their Shodaime Koorikage and the rebellion of Konoha. This loss of power may shatter Yuki's resolve forever.

Recently, the known dead Shodaime, Shiro, rose from his forever slumber and wrecked havoc in Yuki. The current Koorikage, Robin, now tries to sway the Shodaime from any more destruction. What and why this is happening is yet to be known.

Kumo - One of the eldest villages, it lies to the north of Konoha, and is colder then it's southern counterpart. Noted for its long mountain ranges and hot springs, Kumo is less open to other villages because of the difficulty in traversing it, due to it's high elevation and treacherous terrain. One of the larger lands, it is respected by others for it's "Dignity" that it expresses, both in person and in foreign affairs. Kumo has been plagued little by the troubles of the other villages because of it's isolation. As of recent, however, it has taken an active part in many incidents, including the Invasion of Konoha, the assault of Suna, and other lesser events. It is noted for it's Kage, Huchiga Darochan, being one of the longest kages to have held his office. Kumo has notably long been an ally of the Yuki Empire, assisted it in it's errands and vice-versa. However, the partnership of the two is questionable, for the future may bring anything.

The sudden appearance of Mask, however, upon it's gates lead to the death of the recently retired Sandaime Raikage, with their Yondaime soon disappearing, believed to be a coward who feared Mask killing him next. Now, a new Huchiga has once again risen to the throne, and is intent on maintaining Kumo's strength.

Kiri - The land of mist is a grouping of islands within the ocean east of Konoha and the other countries and west of Yuki. Because of this, it serves as a bridge for the Snow and the rest of the world. It's northern islands are cold and snowy, while the central islands have seasonal mist. As would be expected, naval transport is the main form of travel in the Water Country. The water country is part of Yukigakure, many of them proud of this. One could say that Yuki is but another form of water, the Mist dying and so a new Shinobi village rises. Despite falling from being one of the great Shinobi nations, those once under Kiri's rule are still proud of themselves. The Water country trade mostly involves the selling of it's diverse Seafood and rare oddities found in the many diverse. One thing above all is always sought from Kiri- Blades. Their blacksmiths create many tools, but it always the blade that is sought by other countries, their masterpieces whether they be for farming, cutting wood, or splitting skulls renown. Legends even tell of Kiri uses great swords in battle to vanquish their enemies, a fact that is supported by the fact that many kenjutsus originated from Kiri.

Ame - The Rain Country, not surprisingly, is a wet place. One would not wonder at it's names due to waterfall being so commonplace. A crossroads and often contested point, it has been the site of many wars between villages, it's people offering suffering this. Though they have become accustomed to war, they nevertheless still fear and hate it. The Rain people are naturally distrustful of outsiders- Who knows who could be a simple traveler or a scout for an army? Ame wishes to remain neutral and be left alone by the troubles of others- a difficult task in this world. The border of the Rain is extensively monitored by its Shinobi- For you see, Ame is one of the few villages who still retain Ninja forces. To enter the Rain country alone is a difficult task, for they requiring searches and reasons for entering their land. Causing trouble can easily earn you a death sentence. The Rain people specialize in mass production- Great factories being found within Amegakure. Their Shinobi also offer their services to other smaller countries, and are found better to some- A Neutral country, hating those who have ruined their homes is far easier to ask for aid then a great powerful nature. At the moment, the ruler of the Rain is known to outsiders simply as Toumoku- Or, Leader.
